Lifetime.png Lifetime is one of the jellyfish characteristics differentiating every jellyfish.

Use[edit | edit source]

A bigger lifetime means a slower rate of depletion for the light of the player's jellyfish.

Lifetime works like a bonus or a penalty like the other jellyfish characteristics. A value of 0 corresponds to the base light depletion rate of the game, which corresponds to the Karumoana jellyfish. A positive value (up to +1) means a longer lifetime, or a slower depletion rate. A negative value (down to -1) means a shorter lifetime, or a faster depletion rate.

The bonus or penalty is also affected by the effect of poison and parasites.
