The Roimatapera is a small purple fish known for being one of the ugliest fish in the game. Its head is oversized and populated by a large number of pimples on the top. This combined to a shiny skin, human looking teeth, and little glowing eyes sunk in dark eye sockets, give the Roimatapera a very ugly and bizarre look.

The Roimatapera spawns mostly in the Iatuku biome early or mid game. It is fairly common.
Behavior[ | ]
The Roimatapera is very agressive and relatively fast. It feeds on jellyfish and small or same size fish. It has a bad vision so it will stop chasing its prey after a few meters. It will also change its target if another prey swims in front of it.
Behind the name[ | ]
Because of its ugly look and its water drop shape, the Ancients named it Roimatapera , which means "tear of rotten flesh". Beautiful name isn't it ?
